Not only is the Johnson family adorable, they are also the sweetest!  Thanks to my favorite lady, Natalie Torres, I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Lyndsay and her family.  I probably wouldn’t have known her otherwise, which is really sad because she makes the best sugar cookies with royal icing on the whole planet.  You think I’m kidding!  I need her to go into business… 

Last time I spent time  behind the camera with the Johnsons, little baby Scout was just a newborn.  I can’t believe it has already been almost a year!!  I am forever grateful to the families who trust me time and time again.  I can’t wait to watch these little ones grow over the years!

This session took place at The Lodge on Red Oak Creek in between Waxhachie, Texas & Red Oak, Texas.  It is absolutely gorgeous!!  If anyone ever wants to hold their session here, I am NOT opposed to driving 45 minutes. Just sayin’!  This beautiful location is actually a wedding venue, so if you’re getting married and need a place, I have brochures and business cards!!  I met the owners and they are so sweet!!
