I’ve known Layne for quite some time, but I rarely ever saw her over the years.  When you’re younger you don’t seem to pay attention to other people’s ages and while you’re doing some growing of your own  you definitely don’t pay attention to the others growing around you.  As I sat here and edited all of Layne’s session I thought “Wow! She is no longer the Layne I remember.  She’s so grown up.”  Well duh Maddie, of course she’s grown up some.. so have you! Realizations like that are funny to me and I’m so glad I got to photograph this beauty.
