I’ve been a little quiet on the photography part of my life since I moved to Virginia.  It is nice to take a break from time to time.  It definitely kept me from getting burned out.  You may love something, but it’s not impossible for you to get tired of it from time to time.
Luckily, my friend Elizabeth Banks gave my name to her friend, Mandy, who was in the market for anniversary photos.  I was free both days Mandy gave me to work with and we planned pretty much everything out from the second she emailed me.  We chose the beach on Fort Story as the location and my goodness it is the most beautiful beach ever at sunset (even if the sun doesn’t set on the water).

I was so happy to break my camera out for a real session again.  Brody and Mandy are the sweetest couple with natural talent posing in front of the camera, so they made my first session in Virginia Beach such a fun experience!  I wish these two many, many more years of happiness and a huge congratulations on their first year of marriage.  Being married is so fun and I can’t wait to keep up with them in years to come.  Check out their beautiful beach session!
