I just love baby bellies and Elisa’s was without a doubt perfect!  She is due any day now and at any moment for that matter.  She’s having a sweet baby boy and I just know she’s anxiously awaiting his big arrival!  There’s something special about photographing expecting moms.  Maybe it’s the pure joy on their faces or their glow.  Either way, I love it! 🙂

Elisa, her mama, and her cousin Brittne met me at Lake Halbert for a last minute shot to get this session in before another Texas thunderstorm.  I mean she was already dilated and we didn’t have much time to waste so we just had to do what we had to do!!  Luckily for me, Elisa did NOT go into labor during the session.  Y’all, I can only imagine the look I would have had on my face!!  Haha!!  Anyways, I always forget how pretty Lake Halbert really is!  The trees surrounding the lake are beautiful and this spot was perfect for this mama-to-be!!  Enjoy Elisa’s maternity session and keep her in your prayers during the next couple of days!! 🙂
