Once you hit high school graduation the life that comes next is a complete and total blur. Wasn’t it just yesterday when I walked across the stage? No? Darn. Maybe I’m just in denial. Joyce was one of my college roommates. She has seen some great and some ugly sides of me. I mean the hardcore ugly crying, eating a dozen Tiff’s Treats chocolate chip cookies ugly side. What else are college roommates for?!

It is always bittersweet heading back to Austin since I left, but I would always, always do it for the people who supported me during the decision I made to leave. Joyce debated leaving as well from time to time and I couldn’t tell you how proud I am of her for sticking it out. UT is a tough school. She had a tough major. BUT SHE DID IT! It was such an honor to be able to capture her last few days as an undergrad. I can honestly say these pictures just as special to me as they are to her! Enjoy this session – it’s one of a kind! xoxo
