It was a beautiful Sunday with no rain (apparently) in the forecast… until we headed towards the location spot. The clouds rolled in quickly, the wind was gusting, and when we finally got to lake I saw waves on Navarro Mills that I never thought I would see.

Cody… the on the bright side guy in the business… was like “Oh, Maddie. Just give it 15 minutes and it will be beautiful after the rain passes.” He was right. It was beautiful, humid, but still beautiful.

Kendall and Brandon rolled with the punches the entire time. The stood in a light sprinkle with the sunset making the water glow around them. Their amazing friends walked their sweet dogs until they were ready for their moment in front of the camera. We fought off mosquitoes with lots of swatting and slapping, and still managed to come out with one gorgeous gallery.
