I’ve known Layne for quite some time, but I rarely ever saw her over the years.  When you’re younger you don’t seem to pay attention to other people’s ages and while you’re doing some growing of your own  you definitely don’t pay attention to the others growing around you.  As I sat here and edited all of Layne’s session I thought “Wow! She is no longer the Layne I remember.  She’s so grown up.”  Well…

I’ve gone to school with Grant since I was in the 6th grade. We were good friends in high school, complete idiots together on the yearbook staff, and bonded over the fact we were only children. I’ve also always thought he had the nicest parents! They are one fun family and I had the best time with them, even if there was an almost snake attack. Whoopsies! 🙂    

I’ve been anxiously awaiting baby Daxtyn’s arrival since I found out about him last summer.  I’ve photographed his big sister and brother, along with his mom and dad a few times before his arrival so it was fun to finally get to snap some shots of him.
